WHAT IS YOGA THERAPY ?

The habits of modern life work in contrast to human body health. Especially the mobile phones and computer-based working systems that have entered our lives have triggered this even more. Such inactivity has left people immobilized. This inactivity has caused modern man's knee problems and increased spinal problems such as scoliosis, kyphosis, and hernia. But the main problem starts with our soles, not our spine. Wearing non-orthopedic shoes, or by constantly wearing shoes, leaving the soles of the foot muscles weak, thus triggering the wrong step on the ground. This triggering causes overloading of our knees and knee pain. The load in our knee is transferred to our spine. After a certain time, it causes curvature of the spine. These curves create back and waist problems.

 

Unless we find to the root of the problems, we cannot resolve the problem permanently. We can just patch it up. Yoga is a therapy in itself. Because the correct application of the asanas helps us to align our body correctly. The aim of the study called yoga therapy is; using the right asanas to reach the point where the problem occurs, starting from the root of the problems. In this way, the user reaches a not temporary, but a permanent solution.
